- Please note that if your television screen is broken or cracked, we will only give you quotes through email and will not come to your place unless you agree with the quote, while call out charge still applies.
- When you book an appointment with us, the money you pay is for coming to your houses/office or for a quote and are strictly none refundable.
- Call out fee is non refundable even if the job is not successfull or if you change your mind.
- When you book home visit, you agree that the repair can be carried out at your house, home or office on the day of the visit. You also agree that we can take your television or device back to our shop for further diagnostics or to complete the repair. We will not request additional permission to take the item/items we are repairing if the job cannot be completed at your place.
- Call out charges are non refundable under any circumstance( to avoid paying call out charges, please take your tv or item to our shop for free quotation.
- No returns accepted after 24 hours.
- All our successful television repairs come with 30 days warranty , after 30 days we will not be held responsible for any fault. No refund on repairs. Any fault must be reported by email to info@tonytechelectronics.com
- No warranty for broken or failed Television screen. Or any items with physical damage, water damage or fire. No warrant for any device screen.
- We will not respond to any complaints, demands without receipt.
- We wont be held responsible for any data loss or any backup unless requested in advance.
- We wont be held responsible for any other parts malfunctioning during repair.
- We wont be held responsible caring inventory thereafter.
- Customer are requested to pick up their repaired or non repairable item/items within 30 days. Failure to do so, we will dispose it/them off. After the 30 days, no any claim or claims can be made against us.
- Product returned in original condition and in its original unopened and unaltered packaging. A 25% re-stocking charge will be deducted.
- No refund if you change your mind after spare parts has been ordered.
